Suzy Graduated!

I got a little behind blogging and over a month has already passed since Suz graduated, but here's some pictures to prove it!
Congrats sister!

Trip to the Aquarium

While my dad was down here for Suz's graduation we went to the new Loveland Living Planet Aquarium.  It was a lot of fun, and the even have a fish tunnel!  Going through a fish tunnel is on my bucket list so that was extra exciting for me. :)
Dory and Nemo!
Fish tunnel!  It had a ton of beautiful fish and lots of sharks! We spent the majority of our time at the aquarium looking at the shark tank.  I think if we let him Jensen could stay there all day.
Gabrielle the turtle.
Dunken even liked watching the shark tank.

Blessing Day

Easter weekend Jensen and I had Dunken's blessing in our home.  In our church babies are blessed and given a name, usually in the first few months of their life.  It was a beautiful day!
Sleepy baby after his blessing.
Dunken and Opa.  My dad came down because Suz also graduated that week and got to be there for the blessing.  His blessing day was the first time he met Dunken.

The Little Things

Being a stay at home mom has definitely made me appreciate the little things more, especially when it comes to Dunken.  I don't have a lot going on most days.  I spend a lot of quiet time with my little guy.  This may seem boring to some people, I know Jensen would probably go crazy if he were home all day every day, but I love the quiet moments I get to spend with him.  I love watching him grow (although it's way too fast!) and staring at his cute toes, little hands, small nose, and mouth and chin that are an exact tiny replica of his dad's.  It's amazing to see all of his facial expressions, and how quickly they change.   I sure love being his mom!

Arches National Park

My favorite thing to do in Moab is visiting the arches.  Even though I've been a few times now they are still amazing to see.  I love the contrast of the red rock and the bright blue sky.

Dunken was pretty fussy during the short hike up to the North Window, so Jensen went back to the car to get his pacifier.  Once he had that he was much better. :)

Fins and Things Jeeping

Dunken survived the cold night and woke up nice and happy.  After eating breakfast we got out snacks together and headed for Fins and Things to go off-roading.  I wasn't going to go at first because we had Dunken with us and I didn't want his head getting bumped around, and I hate off-roading, but I decided it would be more fun than being stuck at our campsite for hours.
I don't think Dunken was too excited about going either ;).
After a while he got used to it and took a nice long nap.  I had to hold his head still over the extra rough parts because it was bobbing around so much.
More snoozing.
Dunken survived off roading and came back and rested while we packed up camp.
